Tilt shift effect

Add blur to the top and bottom of the entire layer or object. Perfect to simulate a tiny world or a camera focus effect.

Settings

• Blur sets how strong the blur is on the top and bottom bands.
• Gradient blur sets the size of the sharp, in-focus band in the middle and how gradually it fades into the blurred areas. Smaller values keep only a thin strip in focus.
